Recruiting Smarter... Not Harder.
Syndicated Newsfeed
What is RSS? Well, RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and is a format by which people may subscribe to a website, in much the same way that people signup for newletters via email. So in a way, you can think of it as a newsletter for a website.
The link above is what you would enter to Subscribe to our syndicated newsfeed.
How do I subscribe?
If you're not familiar with syndication feeds (RSS), relax and enjoy the ride! First, you will need to download a newsreader application. Here are a few popular ones:
- FeedDemon (Win/XP) — This is a standalone newsreader for Windows, and it's very flexible and full of some great features such as the "News Bins", which allow you to search and order news/information by keywords. It's styled against Office 2003, so if you are running Windows XP and Office 2003 it will seem very familiar and friendly... which it is!
- NewsGator (Win/XP)
— Tie's directly into MS Outlook (2000/2003) and allows you to get the news you subscribe to and
check your email, all in one place. Very nice and highly recommended.
- NetNewsWire (Mac) — NetNewsWire is an easy-to-use RSS Web news reader for Mac OS X. Its familiar three-paned interface—similar to Apple Mail and Outlook Express—can fetch and display news from thousands of different websites and weblogs, making it quick and easy to keep up with the latest news.
